I have the honour to announce the following project explanation plan to confirm the common specification in accordance with
the article 8 of the Act on Contracts with Government and the article 437 of the Defense Acquisition Program Management
Regulation.

▣Qualification for Participants: A foreign manufacturer or supplier at home and abroad
